No. 13 is the most important one. 11 and 12 can be overcome by Peter Thiel/David Koch/Robert Mercer/Wells-Fargo Bank buying a publishing company. To overcome 13, they will have to find a supply of right-wing English majors.

Sabotaging books has happened. There's the well-known story of a German translator who deliberately mangled "The Mercenary" by Jerry Pournelle. During the resulting argument with Pournelle, the translator said "But you are a fascist, you should sound like a fascist!"
