6/ So then I bought a 10% off coupon for Lowes off of ebay for $1 And I think I also used my Lowes credit card for some percent off? Anyway, ended up getting brick for less than factory price. It worked out well.pic.twitter.com/MXKqR55rEz

7/ The ground around the beds is covered in weed barrier fabric that I bought from Gemplers. Pro weed barrier is 100x better than what you can buy at lowes or Home Depot. It turns out that if you google "gemplers free shipping coupon" and always find one.

8/ Then the weed barrier is covered with woodchips. Expensive you say? You can buy a tractor mounted woodchipper for about $2k, and I forget what exactly the cross-over point is where it becomes cheaper than buying woodchips from the local garden center, but I know I'm there.
