Look, you basically have two choices: Negative freedom, the freedom from external influence/contact. eg fascism, localism, primitivism, identity, borders, laws, traditions, etc Positive freedom, the freedom to act and collaborate. eg anarchism, globalism, decentralization, etc

srs question: does positive freedom for person X put positive obligations on me (e.g. to provide food, clothing, etc.) or negative obligations (e.g. to avoid robbing, raping, etc.) ? if so, how are these obligations against me enforced? thanks.

This isn't a legal system, it's an ethics. Enforcement is not the point, it's about illuminating our goals. Individual agency to opt out / to commit suicide / whatever should of course not be infringed, but we get to choose what sort of world we collaboratively build.
