2/ I never use my Atlas lathe. I'm going to sell it...and the Atlas horizontal milling machine. ...then take the money and put it towards a full sized / floor-standing lathe, to compliment the full sized milling machine.

3/ Once that happens, I can get rid of (or just move) the work bench that supports the two of them, and move the belt sander and the mortising machine there. This also gets "that corner" of the shop cleaned up a bit.

4/ I will finish cleaning up "that corner" by welding up a floor standing / caster mounted lumber rack.

5/ I will motivate myself re job #2 (weekend gigs) by putting that money aside not for normal household and farm / mortgage pay down, but instead for a workshop dust collection system, which will making using the table saw non-terrible.
