Am I the only one annoyed at recipes that call for "chili powder" or "curry powder" as if it were a standardized thing 1/2 tsp coriander 1/4 tsp oregano 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 2 tbsp some spices, whatever
as far as I can tell, vendors offer "sweet", "smoked" and "half sharp", but NOT "sharp" O_O

all I can tell you is that at Penzeys and The Spice Shop, the choices are "sweet", "smoked" and "half sharp" so when you ask me what "H.S." means, that's my answer
