Using it on yourself is a victimless crime. Using it on another person (prenatal) not victimless.

There are drugs that seem to strip away ones ability to make rational choices for extended periods of time. I'd be ok keeping those illegal

Let's say that using drugs /can/ be a victimful crime, but in the circumstances under discussion when the topic typically comes up, it is /not/.

My wife runs a preschool. We've seen this with children adopted from drug users. It's sad. Still doesn't dissuade me from legalization, but it is a horrible situation nonetheless.
