Pulp is such a difficult band for most people to wrap their heads around, both from a musical perspective (especially if you're an American) and a career perspective.

I defy anyone to put on "O.U. (Gone, Gone)" at full volume and not be floored by it. So simple, so propulsive, and a lyric of half experience/half-innocence.
