the one parcel I most love will NEVER be for sale - will stay in the very old family. Other 3 will turn over once every 20 yrs. MAYBE.

I've met 3 of the 4 owners * 160 acre parcel guy: "we'll never sell" * next door neighbors: friendly, might want to buy a 10' strip someday

1st is clean & simple FOR HOUSES, sometimes messy for land (tax ID 404.00084 might be listed as #123 Foobar St, as #125 Foobar, or 123-125)
