2/ Throw 4 chicken carcasses in 450° oven till dark brown. Remove. Roast several lbs of onions, some celery, some carrots in same oven.

3/ Throw roasted chicken & veggies in stockpot, cover w water. Simmer for 18 hours. Strain. Now you have stock, for about 30 cents.

4/ Roast 20 lbs of squash from last year's garden. Add to stock. Puree. Add lots of salt, black pepper, and apple cider vinegar. Puree.
