I've known some people who have used it, I tried UrbanSitter this time. the agencies provide best service but take enormous cut

so you basically hope to find a sitter/nanny who would have qualified through an agency but didn't bc she wanted to find job herself

our situation is that, in Sep, we'll take kids 24x7 ...and hope to both keep working (in home). Want nanny to watch 2yo, etc. while work
