Made two modifications to the recipe that, IMO, improved it: 1) put both Korean pepper paste AND mayo on sandwich 2) add some slaw to it
I got @bourdain's new cookbook (Appetites). Cooked the fried Asian-marinated pork cutlet sandwich (using my own pigs).
