* each calls for a very small amount (e.g. 1/2 tsp of gentian root flakes, or whatever) * each ingredient is sold in BIG VOLUME (eg. 3 lbs)

Also, while I don't exactly have an infinite supply of bottles, I do have a large supply. Bought something like 120 bottles for $100.

made up 6 sets of 6 samplers...so used 1/4 of the bottles. Rest are de facto "free".

I live in 5,000 ft^2 house, w an additional 1,000 ft^2 of basement, and about 50 restaurant shelf units (old biz) ∞ storage
