5/ still not interchangeable, so need to label each. Solution: use Open Office, type number "1". Bold, make 700 point font size. Print.

6/ Use 3M spray adhesive, tack to plywood. Use Xacto knife to cut out number. Spray paint template black. Peel off template. Voila.
