right now I've got a problem: bacon is mostly gone, but we've still got 400 lbs of pork. Raise pigs in 2017? Prob not; skip.

I raise pigs on spent bourbon mash. Local foodies and restaurants buy them like crazy. Whole hog and do charcuterie

30 acres that we use, but only have pigs on about 3. 300 pigs/yr. Never let them get above about 250. Own boar and sows

Distillers mash is best. Wsp. bourbon. Almost all corn and easily stored in water tote.
