When we slaughter a pig, I cook the head, and make pudding from the blood. When fresh herbs get old I dry them & vacuum seal them.
I have no time or energy to manage green vs brown (also, I have FAR more brown than green)

All that extra brown stuff (carbon) is good for mix with high N stuff like poo, carcasses, etc. 1/
