2/ when I set gauge to 0.000" and then job CNC 0.1" gauge reads 0.012". Jog again -> 0.22". Again -> 0.31" Again -> 0.41"

3/ I expect that stickiness in gauge (cheap Chinese via http://Grizzly.com , years ago) is hiding better actual precision.

4/ between reading specs and playing, I expect precision is around 0.005". Which is good enough for me!
