Pig #3 went better than pig #2, but not as well as pig #1. 1 shot from .22 -> :( 1 shot from .308 -> done
pig #3 gutted, skinned, hung in garage. Hearts, spleens, livers, kidneys all in freezer. 98% of blood washed out of barn.

@MorlockP You eat the spleen? That's a new one for me. I eat hearts and livers, but usually only when fresh, not frozen. No kidneys either -
