In csh I used to use
alias dcc 'echo "\!*" | dc '
on cmd line:
dcc 2 2 + p
@bdunbar @random_eddie I want to surpress it JUST for this one alias. I think I did that in csh by using the quotation marks.

@bdunbar@random_eddie switched from csh to bash ~3 yrs ago because I use Ruby, Ruby wants rvm, rvm wants bash. Dearly miss my 'dcc' alias. -
