Suppose you make a dish that requires egg whites. What do you do with the leftover yolks?

@ContentOfMedia I throw a tupperware lid in the bowl, so next AM it's impossible to start eggs w/o remembering extras in fridge. -
@ContentOfMedia if adding extra yolks -> extra yummy. If adding extra whites -> thin, tasteless, so I also add chz or onion.
