Went to the gym @ firehouse. Some bastard there made me do asymmetric "farmer carries" till I nearly dropped a dumbbell on my head. Christ.

@MorlockP Asymmetric carries (light dumbbell overhead, heavy @ side) help build "core stability". Also pottentially help crush your skull. -
@jsundmanus one of the best exercises I ever did: throw a 50lb heavy bag on one shoulder, go for a 1 mile walk.
