1/ Just bottled 24 x 750ml of mead. As if a divine hand directed the bottling...it turned out that we had EXACTLY two wine-glasses left over
3/ they say that mead is kinda crappy until it's aged two years. Maybe on average...but this stuff is pretty good even "raw"!

4/ in the same order whence came the bottles, the corker, and the calibrated bottle filler, I also got 12 more lbs of honey and some yeast

5/ so pretty soon we'll be at a steady state, where - even as the various batches of mead are aging - we can still crack a bottle every week
