@Spivonomist Started ferment ~4 weeks ago. Thinking about racking it off yeast right about...nowish. Do I rack REPEATEDLY?

@MorlockP Check your sediment every so often. When it gets to where it is now (it will), rack. 3-5 times is typical. -
@Spivonomist I've read "rack to get off of sediment" and I've read "that's superstition; modern yeasts don't create problems even if on sed"
