1/ Best ribs? My home made ones:
1) sous vide @ 140°F for 24 hrs
2) drain, broil @ 500°F for 5 min
3) serve w sauce & slaw

@random_eddie I've compared 135°v 140° (140 wins). I've compared 24 hrs v 48 hrs, and I think I prefer 24. I don't THINK I conflated 2 tests
