Just had sous vide steaks with @morlockp and @LibertyFarmNH and it was good.
@brad314159 @ngvrnd @LibertyFarmNH these were B+ grade NY strip (Wegmans, not, say Whole Foods). Can out v tender, nicely crisped on griddle
