should probably be dead, considering that I have never once finished a package of shredded cheese or cold cuts within 3 days.
@amelapay Pfft. Cheese stays good for a while. Cold cuts w nitrites likewise. I make my own sausage and hang it for MONTHS at room temp.

@MorlockP this ham I buy is nitrite free but still somehow cured and cooked, I just really can't be bothered. cheese until visible mold :-P -
