2/ from a writer's perspective: * 100%, yes, this * Robert McKee's "Story" and a dozen other tools, if used well, would prevent 95% of the garbage we see generated * ...but you can also pick up something and say "oh, GAWD ... right out of Story, all the beats are..._snore_"
