3/ BarnNeighbor has a different theory: - building a huge industrial structure in the set backs couldn't possibly alter water flow - water doesn't run uphill - we don't need to contour the ground, bc we had a building permit before it was revoked - Travis gets truck deliveries

5/ Travis' driveway was perfect for 12 years under the old owner and 5 years under Travis, and only turned to mud the same year the illegal barn was built is COINCIDENCE. and, also, you know what's causing that? he gets, like, a dozen deliveries per day from Amazon !

6/ So, to help argue this theory in court (????) every time I get a big delivery, the neighbor runs outside onto their porch w a cell phone to video the fact that, e.g., a truck came down my driveway this morning to deliver a used piece of furniture (a sideboard).
