Wasn't a bad space in some ways, and I was lucky to get it. An old single-family home had been divided into apartments, but oddly most of the downstairs wasn't integrated into anything rentable. Just being used to store a little furniture. I was able to paint in there.
I didn't love it, space nor town nor lifestyle, but I was living a bit closer to the wire than I am these days, and having as much working space as I did was very good for me.
Some of you may look at that photo and say, "kendric, this can't be you, where are the cantaloupe-like biceps, whither the mighty thews?", but I assure you, I was thus.
