4/ So, this brings us to today's development. BoS has 5 members, with staggered 3 year terms. Votes re legal matters are secret...until those legal matters are conclude. So I don't know if the BoS has been fighting me in court instead of conceding by 5-0 vote, 4-1, or 3-2.

24/ ...once the lawsuit is over. This makes sense. On the one hand, the BoS, operating on behalf of the citizens, should not be compelled to leak legal strategy WHILE LAWSUITS ARE ONGOING. ...but on the other hand, the citizens should be able to know who voted to spend tax $$
