let's not just brush past big city blimps like that standard atmospheric pressure and earth-normal gravity, abundance of all nonmetallics, there are two places in the Solar System with those three traits and the other is Earth

if we're going the other route, the connoisseur's choice is striking it *just so* with, say, Eros blast out most of the atmosphere, *get it spinning again*, provides a nice moon from the ejecta granted it takes ~1mill years to cool off, but why wait? /
