3/ Plus, even once you get most of the atmosphere removed somehow, the surface temperature is around 900° F. Radiating that away is not going to be easy!

4/ Absolutely huge sun shields orbiting the planet, or placed in its L1 point, to put Venus into perpetual darkness, and letting it radiate into the void for centuries would be a good start.
