I actually have to go out of my way to find normal fat content for the food I give prima. Like she gets whole fat dairy products because wouldn't you know, babies need calorie dense foods

Very true! My youngest (almost a year old) eats a lot of full-fat yogurt, cottage cheese, and hummus.
