Labs came back, clear as mud. Could have congestive heart failure, asthma, intestinal lymphoma, ... Or just be old. Going to follow up with an internist, and give him a steroid and appetite stimulant for now

Back home. Yeah, so there are a lot of things that could be going on, a lot of them cancer, most of them terminal unless I want to come up with chemotherapy $$$, which, no. I'm not gonna torture Dean. I just want him to not suffer.

Radiologist will be in touch after reviewing his x-rays -- he seems to have issues with his lungs and intestines. There are more-worse and less-worse possibilities but no good ones. Then he goes back to see an internist in a week and a half to maybe pin down the problem(s).

If there's a 'bright' side, taking him in a week earlier wouldn't have made any difference.

When we got home Dean was so fired up and angry that he actually ate some food. Now he's purring in my lap. Gotta enjoy these moments while they last.

He seems to be going dowhill fast. His breathing is worse. Gonna go lie down with him I guess.
