I post this regularly, and many express surprise. This is the current childhood immunization schedule. Many childhood vaccines are three+ doses, sometimes a booster. This is one reason why, unlike earlier centuries, we don't have cemeteries full of children. We've forgotten. pic.twitter.com/H01WqNg7uj

2/ One place I differ quite a lot from frens online is that I think that "you keep changing your advice" is only slightly true, and is almost entirely irrelevant...and thus people who are refusing boosters on that basis are somewhat retarded.https://twitter.com/ded_ruckus/status/1486833833458606083?t=l7Esrd2jXhngHSQOZKGGWA&s=19 …

the source of the popular discontent with the booster shots is obviously not the base concept of a multi-dose vaccine it's the game of Calvinball the public health establishment has been playing with just what the dosing schedule is this month https://twitter.com/zeynep/status/1486705135602577408 …

3/ The elites were 100% wrong when they denied covid was a big deal in Jan 2020. They were wrong when they said not to wear masks. They were wrong when they said to visit Chinatowns. And...of course they were. The politicians are nimrods.

4/ Then we got vaccines, and the idiotic politicians boiled down complex science into talking points. Anyone who knows about childhood immunizations (or, hell, even takes their puppy to the vet to get shots) knows that one gets COURSES of shots to train the immune system.

5/ This particular disease is new, and these particular vaccines are new...so of course we don't have perfect models of what schedule is best, what number of boosters is best, and if we'll need annual boosters. Anyone with half a brain would know that best guesses in Dec 2020
