Second part is odd because tons of books in the library still have their borrowing cards intact in the back. They aren't filled out anymore, of course, all computerized now. Guess the youngins don't check out old books or something.

We still used them occasionally in my company before COVID. I handle contracts with vendors, so people would occasionally route things to me that came to them initially, usually notices.

Two jobs ago, at a moderately old-fashioned mfg company, I used or received something like one or two of these a week. Though probably half of that was just sending around birthday and retirement cards for signatures.
