As far as I can tell, all humans. There's a lot of talk and desire, but unless something changed recently, no plan. No plan, no crew, no ship. Or is my information wrong?

Would you agree that in 1961, when JFK gave his "We choose to go to the moon" speech, there was "no plan, no crew, no ship"? Does this mean we then dismiss the speech (and ongoing development work of the time) as nothing but mere talk and desire?

As amazing as starship looks to be, the part that scares me the most is the belly flop landing maneuver, it always looks super risky. One mistake, one mistrust or missed burn and it's game over.
