money does not come from thin air when student loans are forgiven, that money comes from somewhere as a member of the 47% who produces more value than I consume via redistribution, I care about ny taxes and my assetshttps://twitter.com/FiSurgi/status/1474149528865370118 …

Just financial penalties for the k-college rural of child abuse in this country. It sucks! It really does, and it'd be nice if productive people not involved in the aforementioned were somehow exempted from it.

You are right, there’s trade offs. I guess my point is that with ~$15T in new printing, other than gas prices- I think grocery bills are up 2-3% YoY over normal CPI%? Student loans are $1.5T & would help 45m Americans. Particularly younger/poorer. I’d make the deal

Are these 45mm Americans worth helping? I know a lot of engineers and doctors and scientists who are my age. Most don't worry much about student loans or paid them off Who are these people and why do they need my help to pay a monthly bill?

I love the assumption that I'm only noticing my weekly grocery bill marching higher and higher because Fox News. Do they not buy food?
