I still find it odd that the GA boards have partisan majorities. OH's county boards of elections have 4 members, 2 from each party. If they deadlock, the Secretary of State breaks ties, but those are very visible and practically speaking can't be routine. So consensus reigns.

It makes me curious how most states do it. At least the other purple or sometimes swing states. I assume that the systems in the deeply blue states are a mess.
