I only brined a Turkey once & it was okay. I usually just dry brine it for a couple of days uncovered in the fridge. I’ve never been brave enough to deep fry it I just roast it. The biggest problem is that most people overcook it & under season it. That’s why it dry and bland!pic.twitter.com/JZSNvmDmb0
