I would make a joke, but frankly this is just sad. those airplanes are expensive

The whole story is sad. Not just the wrecked plane, it's just they pushed these policies through, , and then they graduated someone who wasn't qualified enough. The blame doesn't lie wholly, or even mostly, on the dead pilot. Nobody learned anything either.
