Yeah, unfortunately. Though it probably does carry a lot more impact coming from the judge than the attorney, he really should have brought this shit up himself.

Allowing the jury to hear a video where the videographer's commentary repeatedly calls them a "militia" with Kyle in the frame, as well as with closed captioning on and the title containing the word is clearly prejudicial and he needed to object strenuously to that. Not good.
