12/ Now, on a tangent, the parcel that this guy bought, and which he now wanted a driveway variance for, is one that I myself had bid on 3 months earlier. Asking price was $60k, I offered $30k. Why did I offer just $30k ? Because the lot was unbuildable. How did I know that?
