9/ FWIW, before I put an offer in on my farm, I went and got the zoning code off the website and read the whole thing (skimming the parts on commercial zones, etc.). It was ONLY 50 pages long, and only 20 pages were relevant. Took me 10-15 minutes.

20/ Old farming town. Family cemetery with two old headstones. Theoretically belongs to town, but they've never maintained it. No road access.
