/ The ZBA did not correct the lies in the minutes.
/ However, it turns out that the ZBA HAD been listening to me when I said that there was a site on the eastern edge of the property that was legal and flat and where the barn could be built.
/ The ZBA, I believe, wanted to disprove that claim...so they organized a secret meeting that violated the right-to-know / public-meeting laws, and went to inspect that location - without me present Unfortunately [ for them ] they saw I was right - there WAS a valid site
/ So they did exactly what you'd expect a criminal gang of retarded monkeys to do - they engaged in a coverup and pretended that there was never a second illegal site visit. I FOIA-ed their emails, and they said "there are no emails". This was a lie. There WERE emails.
/ I learned this when I instructed my attorney to sue the town to turn over missing records. The opposing attorney caved before we even filed a lawsuit. She dug up the emails and forwarded them. I'm going to show those emails in a sec... but remember their claim: 3" of ice
/ ok, here we go - site visit on 8 Dec, snow on the ground, zero ice - I document this fact in a letter the same day - 11 Dec, ZBA returns for illegal 2nd site visit, sends emails TO HIMSELF with pix ... documenting no ice (below) - ~20 Dec, ZBA chair lies, claims 3" icepic.twitter.com/rQduXVASuu
/ Read his email [ to himself ] "X and I walked the area around the four boundaries". When I was present it was IMPOSSIBLE to walk the boundaries bc I was there as a witness. Therefore "3 inches ice" gets invented. 72 hours later, he walks the boundaries [ no witnesses ]
/ TLDR: in paragraph 22, we claim "they didn't do a legit site visit bc they didn't want to" they claim "no, there was ice" ...but the evidence is 500% clear - there was no ice, and they did the real site visit later, when I wasn't there ...and tried to hide it from me.

I find that lawyers love #BarnLaw as much or more than casuals - seeing such an absolute !@#-show blows their minds.https://twitter.com/mikethegratest/status/1451561212618096641 …
/ I sure hope so. https://twitter.com/ActiveOgre/status/1451560672706314251 …
/ Several lawyers have told me that I should definitely sell it at law trade shows / market it for lawyers / etc.https://twitter.com/wrknclassknight/status/1451566403983663121 …
/ two things: 1) to date, we've been to court once, and that was a simple matter "was this permit legally issued?". At that point there was no FOIA evasion, secret meetings, etc. 2) judges rule on simple questions of law, they don't >>>https://twitter.com/DrunkKobold/status/1451656336966520833 …
/ weigh in on "is this person being super crappy" UNLESS that crappy behavior is in their court room, or unless the case goes in a certain direction where one party is asking for sanctions or whatever
/ now, that said, judges certainly are capable of appreciating the totality of the situation, and while we don't really need that in the upcoming case (where we are asking him to answer a simple question "was this variance legally granted?"), I suspect he'll "get it".
