3/ - can you explain why me suing my neighbor for trespass / property damage in the amount of $50k (as part of the local government corruption scheme) renders me worthy of being disowned?

4/ bonus round: - how much research did you do on the above topics before implicitly staking your reputation on your drive-by judgement of some stranger as being disgusting / unclean / wrong / bad ?

5/ so I have a "litigious nature"? when Amazon violated a contract and stole $12,500 from me, I wrote dozens of letters and tried to settle a misunderstanding. When they refused, what should I do, roll over?https://twitter.com/chris_walker_/status/1450532127787806725 …

6/ when the town violated the law, I wrote letters, followed all the processes, appealed to the town zoning board (which was being run by the chief criminal, who was documenting his crimes in emails). I knocked on hundreds of doors with a petition, and won an election. >>>

7/ what would you do in that circumstance,
@chris_walker_ ? Just cuck and let a criminal win? Is my insistence on defending my property from the government an example of my litigious nature? What would you suggest I do instead?Show this thread -
8/ yep ...and I supect that
@chris_walker_ didn't even have a principled stance - it was just a quick drive-by snarking, for virtue signalling and clout. "Look at me, I am wise and friendly, not an angry bad (((litigious person)))".https://twitter.com/ded_ruckus/status/1450536795255549959 …Show this thread -
9/ I actively PREFER alternative remedies. I tried every single one. - discussion - monetary contribution - appeal to the zoning board - petition - election the criminals lost, time and again, and kept doubling downhttps://twitter.com/HJoshington/status/1450541956577251335 …

10/ For those new to
#barnlaw , Mark is wryly making reference to the fact that I offered the neighbor who was violating the law $6,000 to locate the barn in a legal spot, as an attempt to avoid a lawsuit.https://twitter.com/NoLongerBennett/status/1450540536008515592 …Show this thread -
11/ Why should I walk away from Amazon stealing $12,500 from me when I can sue them in small claims court for a $30 filing fee? > work with positive sum people who should I sell ebooks through if not Amazon?https://twitter.com/chris_walker_/status/1450542679847170050 …

12/ and re the town violating dozens of laws, and my neighbor doing $40,000 of damage to my driveway (according to soil engineers) and $100,000 of damage to my property values (according to an appraiser), why should I not fight?https://twitter.com/chris_walker_/status/1450542679847170050 …

13/ You prefer to back down. Very well. I have no opinions about what the right tradeoffs are for you. ...but you refuse to return that favor / that epistemic humility,
@chris_walker_ . You not only know what the right choice is for me, but you advice EVERYONE ELSE to shun meShow this thread -
14/ I remain confused as to how this is not just a pragmatic issue, on which reasonable people can differ, but a MORAL issue, where you can state definitively that I am a bad person and should be shunned ... because I try to fight government and corporate lawbreaking. Weird.

15/ Of course he wasn't. It was quick drive by snark, with minimal or zero understanding of the actual issues. It, at a quick glance, pattern matched to something that he disliked, so he threw the first stone.https://twitter.com/stephengracin/status/1450543503944073225 …
