My guy, its a job. There are many critical jobs. Truckers, plumbers, and yes, even the bankers have a key role in civilization. Putting aside that most farming is corporate, the idea that they must be protected and subsidized and never questioned is silly.

I'm not going to explain your own point to you. I understand the gist, but the tone of the initial statement doesn't exactly lend itself to being taken as on the side of the one being taxed.
