your (plural) argument seems isomorphic to "schools are currently run by the state and tax group X for mandatory indoctrination of groups Y; therefore there are NO CIRCUMSTANCES AT ALL under which schools would exist in an ancap world if u disagree, you're misusing word 'school'"

1/2 Except private schools, for profit and otherwise, exist NOW, so such a use would be anomalous even outside ancapistan. IP exists in only one form, atm, which is a government monopoly grant.

2/2 There would be ‘governance’ in ancapistan in forms too but it would not resemble any extant thing called government, so it’d be at best confusing to use the term. Similar rules apply here.
