Here the legal exposure is pretty tenuous. Has *anyone*, in any country, been sued for allegedly causing COVID-19 infection due to insufficient cleaning? This is Pandemic Theater plus union service. If they were serious that $ would go to ventilation.

By that standard, nobody is serious, which is kinda my point. They're ostentatiously doing busywork that they saw other people doing. I'm not even saying it would stand up in court, I'm saying it's a behavioral/cultural norm created by the post-Clinton environment.

Matt Levine "Moneystuff" newsletter this morning talked about a lawsuit by Boeing stockholders against management, bc a plane crashed and that hurt the stock price, and result: now every corporate board will create a "risk" group and ask them once per quarter "are there risks?"
