/ oh, absolutely the ZBA chair broke several laws, and I fired off 91-a requests a few months ago that were like heat seeking rockets - they hit EXACTLY where the corruption was ...so he engaged in a cover up, and went back and retroactively >>>https://twitter.com/TLEPaz/status/1418241301338787840 …
/ labelled his own emails "NEED TO KNOW" and "ATTORNEY CLIENT CONFIDENTIAL" (spoiler: they weren't) and refused to hand them over / refused to admit that they exist. ...and then I told my attorney to sue the town, my atty called the town's atty, the town's attorney >>>
/ forced the idiot to release the emails, and now we've got both the original incriminating emails (which document an illegal site visit that I wasn't invited to...and document the snow / ice conditions during that site visit which PROVE that the same idiot falsified records)
/ ...AND we've got proof of the coverup. ...and that's not all. I also filed a 91-A months back asking for (a) a certain survey, (b) invoices for that survey. We got one response that the time. Person B saying "here's the survey BUT PERSON A NEVER ASKED ME FOR IT !!".
/ I was told "there is no invoice". The recent document dump shows: * Person A asking B for the survey (in contradiction to the earlier claim) * Person B asking A "who should I invoice for this?" The coverup is all starting to fall apart.
/ Everyone is going to take it right in the asshttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mk7uSjmZdZI …
