I hate hazards in the rain but this isn’t it. You’re saying people will see the hazards. Deduce, correctly, there is a hazard. And then become disoriented for some reason?

I just worry about going to pass somebody and them getting over causing me to rear end them because they probably actually used the signal and expected me to respond appropriately but didn’t realize the hazards were still on.
